Nutritious and high in fiber, whole grains keep the tummy full. A breakfast of old fashioned oats topped with fresh berries will hold me until lunchtime... no mid-morning snack temptation!  The Omega 3s in fatty fish and extra virgin olive oil are good for weight control and overall health.  And a healthy diet that includes fresh foods, good carbs, and healthy fats is great for your complexion!</description>
