  • Hi Jackie, I see what you mean about the nuts, chickpeas, apples etc. While that does slightly limit what you can eat, remember the detox is just ten days! The book contains lists of all the suitable foods and you should be able to put together most meals without interfering with your allergies. Each days meals in the plan comes with multiple options for you to choose from. A significant purpose of the detox is to help banish the cravings that you mention and you will begin to feel full without being bogged down by heavy carbohydrates such as pasta and bread. The detox does not allow for dairy, but again it is just ten days and then you will be able to reintroduce those foods if you want to.
