Well here we are on vacation and because we’ve been discussing healthy eating habits, I wanted to give you a “taste” of what it is like to be on vacation and still be healthy.
Watch my short video showing what we wake up to each morning. To keep our waistlines in shape, we usually start off with some quality yogurt with active cultures and some fresh fruit. The fresh fruit and veggies down here in Mexico are absolutely wonderful and packed with all kinds of nutrients. It is sometimes obvious because the fruit looks less “fake” that it does in the US and it smells good too. We are able to buy great organic coffee and squeeze our oranges for juice to take our supplements.

Nice to see you are having a good time. It reminds me of Capitola Village, California. I’ve never been to Mexico other than near the San Diego border. I’d like to go there some day.
