Well it’s great to hear that my healthy role model has moments of eating too much of the wrong foods. LOL! No seriously, I really admire your healthy habits and aspire to be just like you when I grow up BUT I am going to wait until after the New Year so I can get in my last hurrah.

I have spent quite sometime on the site reading about the One Week Diet and it sounds promising. In fact, I think it just might be the perfect jump start for me when I return to classes in a few weeks, at which time I am much more faithful to living a healthy lifestyle.

One thing about choosing to follow my passion . . . when you mentor young people you have to lead by example and look good doing it . . . or they will be too busy talking about you instead of talking to you.

Thanks for sharing. You always inspire me to do better. Too bad you can’t cook my food everyday!
