Sleeplessness - What's Keeping You Up At Night?

Insomnia or sleeplessness can be caused by stress, food, allergies, medical conditions and more.   Some of the things you can try before resorting to prescription drugs with side affects are

  • reduce alcohol intake
  • eliminate lactose from your diet
  • eliminate gluten from your diet
  • cut down on white flour and sugar
  • exercise at least 30 minutes/day (but not before bed)
  • use the bedroom only for sleeping

These things, if you try them, should be put into your daily routine only one at a time.  Increase your optimum health today by trying out these suggestions.
