		<description>For me, the worst part about suffering from insomnia was the decreased ability to concentrate. My head often felt like it was filled with cotton wool and it was having a real affect on my career. My boss didn’t understand the severity of the problem and would just respond with “Go to bed earlier then!”. Not helpful at all.
