Exercise must be an integral part of any weight loss program especially to lose weight more quickly. For rapid weight loss some believe that cardio exercise is the type that should be done. Cardio means increasing the rate of your heart. Jogging, biking, running, and walking are good examples. Weight training replaces the fat lost with muscle which increases your metabolism. You should have a minimum goal of working out five days a week for thirty minutes each day. Make sure to drink adequate water to avoid dehydration.
Second, nutrition plays the predominant role in your weight. You cannot eat foods that lack nutrition and fiber on a daily basis. There are certain foods you need to kick to the curb and certain foods you should eat.
Here are a few foods you should not eat:
Anything made of white flour. It is not nutritious. This includes white bread, white rice, and white pasta.
Sugar you eat should be kept to a minimum. Cookies, cakes, candies, and ice cream are too high in sugar. Try to eat foods that are made out of wheat and whole grain instead. Foods such as brown rice, wheat pasta, and brown bread are good for you. Dark chocolate is a sugar you can eat everyday, but only in a tiny amount.
