Acid reflux requires you to choose low acid foods for a while at least. It is easy to google low acid foods and then choose the best options whether it be fruit, veggies, fish or meat. Papayas, raspberries, bananas, raisins, prunes, strawberries, apples and pears contain low acid levels. Nuts and seeds are considered low acid foods as well. Breads, grains and legumes are usually neutral or basic. Try the following article.

Hi There Quickstepstohealth,
Interesting Post, I have recently developed acid reflux from being depressed at college, I love to cook and grow ingredients for cooking. I am not sure how much spice I can put into food. I love Mexican dishes, any kind of pasta (gotta watch tomatoes I learned the hard way ha!), pizza, salads, fruits mmmm fruit oh sorry, and healthy meals. I love meat, especially fish but it makes my stomach queasy if I eat too much. Any yummy suggestions? Thank you so much ^u^.
Thanks

Hey Quickstepstohealth,
Interesting Thoughts, Lately I've been trying to learn how to cook better, and when it comes to spices/toppings for foods I've found out these good combinations so far..

Dill or Lemon on Fish
Cilantro in Mexican Food

What about all the other herbs and spices like Thyme, Cumin, Cheyenne Pepper, Chili Powder and so on. I'd like to know their good combinations so I can use them more often in my cooking. Thanks!
