		<description>Judy, as always, you make some great suggestions. I used to prepare a weeks worth of meals on Sunday and I had gotten away from that. I think I will revisit that plan because it really did relieve a lot of distress. But the most golden nugget of the day for me was being reminded to be thankful for every minute and stop worrying about tomorrow.
